Official Scholarship Fellow
Students who have been awarded the Official Scholarship by the Nguyen Truong To Scholarship Fund for Gifted Students in the Diocese of Vinh.
Introduction
The Nguyen Truong To Scholarship Fund for Gifted Students in the Diocese of Vinh is a voluntary organization comprising dedicated parishioners from the Diocese of Vinh and Ha Tinh who are deeply committed to the cause of education and human development.

Mission
To receive contributions from generous benefactors dedicated to developing intellectuals for the Diocese; to identify exceptional talents and award them well-deserved scholarships.
Vision
To cultivate a community of Catholic intellectuals within the Dioceses of Vinh and Ha Tinh, who will dedicate their talents and knowledge to the long-term development of both the Diocese and the nation.
Scholarship review process
Application Intake
Official announcements regarding timelines and submission methods will be published ahead of each cycle. Applications will undergo an initial review, and candidates will receive prompt feedback regarding their document validity.
Results Announcement
Official scholarship results will be published immediately following final approval from the Selection Committee and the Board of Directors.
Evaluation & Assessment
The Selection Committee will thoroughly evaluate all eligible dossiers against specific, predefined criteria to ensure completely fair, objective, and accurate results.
Award Ceremony
The official scholarship award ceremony takes place annually on the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year at the St. Anthony Pilgrimage Center of Trai Gao.
